if you look closely you can see the markings on my Stucco from my Werner ladder sliding down my house.   

If you look carefully you can clearly see my hand print in the paint on my driveway.  Two broken wrist and fractured knee cap 

This was my life pre accident as Werner changed my life in a bad way.   Through  my research I found the design flaw.  Yes, I in my opinion forced them to file Bankruptcy. They walked away manipulating the legal system and I received nothing.   Even my expert witness and their former designer of this ladder foot can see their fault.  

Then Werner filed Bankruptcy.  How convenient for them.
